Demolition  

Enviro Site Services has been undertaking all forms of demolition works throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory for over 16 years. Through out this time, Enviro Site Services has built a reputation which is second to none; this has seen Enviro Site Services awarded some of the most complex demolition works projects.

Enviro Site Services has the ability to undertake all scales of demolition works from: 

• residential homes to large commercial buildings
• small unit complexes to extremely tall high rise structures
• roads and freeways to bridges
• fuel stations to olympic size pools

Asbestos Removal  

Enviro Site Services is one of the most sought after and respected asbestos removalists in Queensland, having been at the forefront of asbestos removal techniques and standards. Enviro Site Services personnel have all been trained in the removal of all types of asbestos materials, and participate in regular courses to ensure that their thought process, safety and ability to carryout the works is on target. Enviro Site Services has the most up to date asbestos removal techniques, processes and safety procedures in place and ensures all equipment is well maintained.  Enviro Site Services is able to carry out the removal works for asbestos materials in all areas of a premise, such as that of bonded and friable materials, in areas such as: 

• roofing, roof cavities, soffits, gutters and drain pipes
• ceiling and wall sheeting
• floor tiles such as vinyl, the backing glue and resin
• air conditioning, hot water, and boiler units
• plant rooms

Environmental Rehabilitation & Site Remediation

Enviro Site Services prides itself on it vast knowledge, skill, ability and determination to ensure all works projects undertaken show respect and care for the environment. Enviro Site Services undertakes all projects with the thought and due process to ensure all works are carried out in compliance with all applicable legislation to the environment and has in place control measures to mitigate any loss or harm.  Enviro Site Services is able to carry out environmental rehabilitation works and site remediation on all forms of projects, such as that of:

• old fuel stations (ensuring the safe destruction of tanks, and the remediation of soils)
• chemical factories (ensuring the safe removal and disposal of all hazardous materials in accordance with the manufacturers requirements and the remediation of the site) 

Earthworks & Civil Works

Enviro Site Services is able to carry out the excavation of site that have been demolished by our personnel, or sites that have been demolished by others or require additional services such as remediation.  Enviro Site Services has a large range of equipment that is used for large scale excavations such as that of:

• basement car parks

Marine Works

Enviro Site Services specialises in all forms of marine works such as that of:

• pier and pile removal
• jetty and wharf removal
• pontoon and other floating object removal
• salvage

Enviro Site Services was the first demolisher in Queensland to embark on marine works and still leads the field in this area.  All personnel are trained and experiences in marine works, and hold their relevant licenses to work on water.  Enviro Site Services has its own barges with cranes to carry these works, and has undertaken numerous large scale marine projects. 

Recycling

Enviro Site Services is undoubtedly the largest recycler in the demolition industry, having set the basic standards for recycling materials from all of their sites for over 16 years, and paved the one for others to follow. Enviro Site Services has over this time established its own recycling facility and enhanced it techniques, services and ability in order to recycle all applicable materials from every project. As recycling is a standard practice from Enviro Site Services, it is now a policy that on every project Enviro Site Services reaches a target of recycling 95% of materials from the site, excluding contaminated or hazardous materials.

Audits & Consultancy

Enviro Site Services trained personnel are able to be engaged to conduct site investigations in orders for various registers, plans, procedures, practices and base works standards can be implemented in your place of work.  Enviro Site Services is able to carryout audits on site for the purpose of creating an asbestos register, implementing a closure plan, to research works plans. 

Enviro Site Services can attend your site to carry out inspections for asbestos and hazardous materials and provide a written report and register detailing the location of such materials, their condition, what is recommended in association with those materials.

Enviro Site Services can attend your site to carry out inspections to create and implement a closure plant (generally required for Mines, and large scale factories) detailing 5, 10, 15 and 20 year projections,

Enviro Site Services also offers service such as that of better business practice and can attend your place of works and monitor your practices and provide advise on the methods to improve areas such as policies, procedures, systems and of course demolition requirements.
